 Most Polite & Smart

I pre-booked a car to pick my daughter and myself up from Derby town centre back to wilford in Nottingham. Well I was most impressed with the quality of service that we received. Smart polite driver well spoken nothing was to much trouble, We got a call back and free text message to let us know the car was outside, It’s the first time i have used the company after a recomendation from a friend but it will not be the last, It just go’s to show that customer service is not dead and gone. Well done to that driver and NG11 a credit to all taxi drivers in Nottingham.

I use NG11 Cars all the time and I can honestly say they are the best company I have ever used in Nottingham. I use them most days & they are always polite whenever I phone up and order my taxi. All the drivers are always polite and are happy to help me whenever I need any. Keep up the good work NG11 the best company in Nottingham by far.

I use NG11 Cars all the time. They are very reliable, Smart and always on time. I am a single mum with two young children and have two school runs to do. The driver’s always help me with the children, Buggies etc, They are extremely friendly, Very chatty and both my kids love getting into the taxi’s. I would recommend them to anyone. You guys are easily the best taxi firm in Nottingham!! Wicked rates, Awesome drivers, Just had a nice ride home with Wayne 😀 – Always a firm favourite when it comes to going into town or coming back!! Keep it going guys 🙂 might have to get a T shirt…
