NVQ Training
All our drivers have undertaken a course to enable them to understand and to work with the public on a day to day basis. This training involves drivers doing a written and a practical test to ensure that they know all the correct procedures in providing a good service to the customer.
Courier Service
NG11 Cars provides a courier service to all cash and account customers. To enquire please contact the office and we will be happy to assist you.
Parcel Service
NG11 Cars provides a parcel service to both cash and account customers. To enquire please contact the office and we will be happy to assist you.
Disabled Access
NG11 Cars offers three types of wheelchair access vehicles these are, Standard Fiat Doblo which will hold one wheelchair and two passengers, 8 Seater Tail-Lift Vehicle which will hold up to 3 wheelchairs with passengers, 16 Seater Tail- Lift which will hold up to 6 Wheelchairs with passengers. All drivers that operate these vehicles have had the correct training with Nottinghamshire County Council to ensure that the correct procedures are followed in strapping and restraining the wheelchair in the vehicle.
Discount And Special Offers
We offer all our customers a discount on all hospital journeys between the hours of 9am-2pm 7 days a week.
